John Procter
John leads a business group within Pfizer that provides telephone based supported self care services to people living with long term conditions. He has been with Pfizer for ten years and has held senior roles in marketing, strategic development and NHS liaison. He began his career as an graduate NHS Management trainee in Wales and worked in the NHS for 8 years before joining Pfizer. In his current role John has lead the creation of a new commercial operation and seen it grow in four years to become the UK’s leading provider of proactive telephone based care to the NHS.
Michelle Webster
Michelle Webster is the National Commissioning Lead for the Improvement Foundation and Course Lead for the Advanced Commissioning Course, delivered in partnership with the University of Teesside.

After a previous life in social care Professor Lewin retrained as a clinical psychologist and from 1987 built up a large clinical health psychology department in Edinburgh working with people with a variety of chronic health conditions.
