Jon Glasby is Professor of Health and Social Care and Co-Director of the Health Services Management Centre, University of Birmingham.
A qualified social worker by background, he is involved in regular
research, teaching, consultancy and policy advice with regards to
health and social care partnerships, personalisation and community
care.
He is a Governor of Birmingham Children’s Hospital and a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Integrated Care.
He is also the author/editor of numerous books on health and social services, including the recent Better Partnership Working series and a book on Direct Payments and Personal Budgets (Spring 2009).
