Michelle Webster

With over 17 years experience of working within the NHS she brings practical experience of change management and her enthusiasm for quality improvement to the Improvement Foundation. She was instrumental in the success of the National Primary Care Development Team’s Phase II and III work in the East Midlands area. 

Before the PBC Development Programme commenced Michelle worked on the development and delivery of the Primary Care Contracting Collaborative working with teams developing Unique Care, (a case management model) and also with PCT leads developing sexual health services in primary care. 

Michelle is passionate about developing the best services for patients, facilitating stronger partnership working, and developing the profession of commissioning.
