Scott Francis is the Self Care Programme Manager for NHS Salford. Scott received his B.A from Manchester University and was immediately accepted onto public sector graduate scheme where he produced and delivered large change management projects that were implemented regionally and nationally.

He began working for NHS Salford as Self Care Programme Manager - Designing and managing self care initiatives.

Scott is a strong believer and advocate of Self Care initiatives within the NHS and has demonstrated support regionally in the North West by creating the Self Care Compendium - A Strategic Health Authority funded piece of work collating examples of PCT’s Self Care initiatives.

He is also an active member of The Self Care Forum which aims to provide support to PCT’s to realize Self Care initiatives.
